The conference is held in "King Fahd Cultural Centre" in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by the authority of The Municipality of Riyadh Region, in cooperation with "Environmental Centre for Arab Towns".

The conference shall be accompanied by the exhibition for companies operating in site designing and site coordination, in order to show off optimal experiments, designs, innovations and scientific processes.
