Dr. Wael El-Mougy is the founder of 7D International, owner of Makkah Group and General Manager of PF. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management and corporate management, holding a doctorate degree in management.
His main interests are concentrated in Management Consulting, architecture and design, where he has successfully accomplished major projects in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1993
The Foundation
"Pulec Finance and Banking" established, marking the beginning of our journey in the consulting industry. Founded in the Czech Republic with a vision to serve global markets.
1996–2009
Continental Reach
Expansion with "Aus-consult Pty Ltd" and the $80M Operation & Maintenance project in Saudi Arabia. Establishment of "Atelier Simona" architectural studio. Construction of over 1,500 base stations for 3G networks across multiple continents.
2009–2015
Landmark Projects
In association with PF Korea and Gawdat Group, 7D International executed the King Abdullah Park Fountain and launched the King Abdullah International Gardens. Awarded consultancy for the Riyadh 2020 urban study and launched the 7D World concept.
